Are the products cruelty free?
Yes, all of BEE are cruelty free. Our products are formulated within PETA safe list guidelines.
I have sensitive skin, can I wear BEE?
Yes! Bee Cosmetics was created specifically to cater to all skin types. The products are:
-Hypoallergenic
-Allergy tested
-Non- Comedogenic
Are all the lip products Vegan?
Only the 12 hour Matte Lip line and Lip Duo's are vegan and gluten free. There are no animal derivatives used. All lip products are completely waterproof.
Will my lipstick look exactly as how it does in the photos online?
While our website tries to represent all of our lipstick colors as accurately as possible, there is no guarantee what you see will be exactly how it looks on you. Our products are very pigmented and have a long wear time, but its actual look on your lips can depend on your skin tone, activities (eating, drinking, etc), base (concealer or no concealer on lips) and if your lips are exfoliated while wearing it. Different monitors may show colors different, so please pay attention to the product descriptions as pinks/purples, reds/oranges, and blues/purples pigment can be misinterpreted for one another.
I'm not satisfied, can I return it for a refund?
We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason your item is damaged upon arrival, we will ship you a new product upon return of the damaged product. You must notify us within 5 business days of receiving the damaged product. If you simply do not like the shade, you may return the unused/unopened product for a full refund. We must receive the item in the same condition it was sent in order to receive the full refund. If no item is received, no refund will be issued. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please record your return tracking number for your references. How long does shipping take?
Shipping may take 10-20 business days depending on location. Orders are usually fulfilled and shipped 2-3 business days after payment has processed. If your order is placed on a Sunday or holiday it will not ship until the next business day. Please note that we have partnered warehouse locations in different regions. Some items may ship separately, and require longer ship times. If you purchase any BEE Cosmetics Pro branded products they will ship separately from non branded items ordered. You will not be charged for additional shipping.
If shipping to FPO/APO addresses shipping time may differ but all packages are shipped USPS or epacket to eliminate longer wait time and accurate tracking.
